Returning to Tumblr.

So I’ve deleted my previous entries, now what?

It’s official, I left my xanga and blogger blog. I’m now going to post my thoughts about the things that I don’t really like, here on tumblr.

Okay. So before I proceed to the ranting section, I will first introduce myself. My nickname is Jhekah. I have no intention of revealing my real name - though there’s a way to find out. I’ve been blogging for almost 3 years or so. I’m also a female specie who doesn’t really care about the things that doesn’t concern her.

That’s it. You don’t really have to know everything about me.

Finally! The time to rant came.

First off, I really can’t understand why politicians refuse to admit that they were corrupt. Well - if not all - a lot of politicians says that they are not and they try their best to look good in front of people. Sorry, but they just become one of the worst people given the chance to live on earth in my eyes.

Does this politicians never tried to steal money from the people? As in, never - not even once. I doubt it. As far as I know the salary of a politician isn’t really good - I even know someone who works on a different field but receives a much better salary - so if that’s the case, how can this politicians be that rich? Where do they get the money for the advertisements? Sponsorship? What would this sponsors have in return if ever a certain candidate wins? I doubt that they wouldn’t ask anything in return. Nothing’s for free now. Hopefully, the much needed oxygen would still be free before I die.

I’ve heard a lot of reasons why a politician wants to be this and that. Why they want to run for a certain position in the government. But the most used and my most hated reason is this : “I want to help…..”

Come on. You can help a lot of people without even associating yourself with politics. The moment I heard the answer of one certain candidate for (insert position here), I swear, I wanted to hit him with the remote control that I am holding. The fame, the money. He already has it. And now, just because he wants to help people, he is now more determined to enter the crazy inhumane world of politics? He’s just putting everything that he earned for the past years into waste.

Why can’t give a more valid reason for their candidacy? Thank God, I still can’t participate on the 2010 election. Whew. ‘Cause I would love to put my name on that piece of paper.
