Have you ever heard someone actually talk behind your back?

I was browsing my blog just to amuse myself for a while; when I came upon a certain post. And I just can’t help but smile. It was a really funny incident.

Our last class for that day just ended, and so, I accompanied a friend to the restroom. A few of our classmates were also there and luckily there were 2 empty and can be used cubicles - so we entered the two. So I was inside one of it, when all of a sudden, I heard my name. I immediately recognized the owner of the voice since I know the people with us on the said restroom. And she was like : “Does she know your report? Did she do her part? She seemed to be unprepared.”

Of course I was shocked. I know that I am acting stupid every time I have to face a crowd, but I didn’t expect the words that she used, moreover, the place where she voiced out her opinion. So I just stood there inside the cubicle, listening to their conversation. But just my luck, my friend got out of the cubicle and called for me. I don’t think they knew that I was there - since who on earth having a right mind, would talk about someone who was on the same place, especially when the conversation is something that the person might not want to hear.

I was left with no choice but to get out of the cubicle as well, and they seriously even greeted me with a goodbye.

I have to admit that I was really mad and upset for a week or two after that incident. But now that months had already passed, looking back to it just makes me smile. I just hope that she now knows that talking inside a public restroom isn’t a good idea.
